Responsibilities
  • Head hunting.
  • Short listing candidates through database, Job Portals and other sources.
  • Selection of suitable candidates through evaluation.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Coordination with the clients from the interview stage till the closure of the requirement.
  • Conducting tests as and when the client requires it.
  • Matching profiles with the requirement of the clients.
  • Generating new clients for further business.

Team Leader

Exp:  3-5 in Recruitment

Responsibilities
  • Managing Teams
  • Achieving SLA’s.
  • Client Interaction
  • Headhunting Sr. profiles.
  • Coordination with the clients from the interview stage till the closure of the requirement.
  • Matching profiles with the requirement of the clients.
  • Generating new clients for further business.
