- Head hunting.
- Short listing candidates through database, Job Portals and other sources.
- Selection of suitable candidates through evaluation.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Coordination with the clients from the interview stage till the closure of the requirement.
- Conducting tests as and when the client requires it.
- Matching profiles with the requirement of the clients.
- Generating new clients for further business.
